2. Systems checklist

Server Monitoring
Each check is priced per server per month. Techsense simply invoices you for the checks you use at the end of each month. The maximum monthly charge per server is $49, no matter what combination of Server Monitoring, Customer Reporting and Customer-Portal you choose to use. You’ll never be charged more than $49 per month for these items. (SMS alerts extra at 15¢ per alert).

Optional 24x7 Round-the-Clock Checks
These checks run every five or fifteen minutes and alert us instantly to critical issues that would affect our Customer’s ability to do work. In short, it says ‘Our Customer needs our help now’ – and helps us identify the specific cause of the problem.

Windows Service Monitoring
Checks any or all Windows services and alerts you to problems. $10 per server per month.

Disk Space Check
Alerts you if it rises above your threshold. $5 per server per month.

TCP Port Monitoring
Monitors any TCP ports at their ISP or on the server. $5 per server per month .

PING Checks
Checks status of network devices, remote offices or remote devices. $5 per server per month.

Website Check
Ensures client sites are displaying correct information on either static or dynamic pages. $5 per site checked per month.

SNMP Checks inc. RAID Array Checks
Configure any SNMP check. Pre-configured RAID health-checks. $5 per server per month.

5-Minute Interval Option
Increases monitoring frequency from 15 to 5 minutes. $10 per server per month.

Optional Server Daily Safety Checks
These checks run once-a-day and spot small problems which – while not affecting your ability to work right now – could turn into big disasters if left unattended. You’re able to sort the problem on a proactive basis – cutting your costs and boosting uptime.

Daily Backup Check
Alerts you to problems on Backup jobs. $5 per server per month.

Daily Anti-Virus Check
Ensures client system is using up-to-date AV pattern files. $5 per server per month.

Exchange Information Store Size Check
Sends an alert if the Information Store exceeds your set limit. $5 per server per month.

Disk Growth Rate Check
Checks if growth rates exceeds your limit in a 24-hour period. This says ‘Something funny is happening here.’ $5 per server per month.

Critical Event Checks
Reports critical events across all your clients on one single easy-to-read report. And you can filter for ‘not-so-critical’ events too. $5 per server per month.

Disk Health Check
Checks smart disk alerts and warns if any disks are failing. $5 per server per month.

Hacker Check
Spots attempts to gain unauthorized access to client systems. $5 per server per month.

Optional PC Daily Health Checks
Techsense’s PC Daily Health Checks allow you to conduct proactive checks on any or all workstations or notebooks, spot
developing problems and prevent downtime. There is a one-time setup fee of $15 for Daily Health Check on each PCs.

Daily PC Health Checks
Get proactive alerts on important issues like AV, disk space, disk health, Windows services and event logs. Get a Daily Health Check service for $1 per device per month and stay on top of your IT.

Optional Asset Tracking Pricing
Techsense’s Asset Tracking feature is priced per computer – server, workstation or notebook. You pay only for the number of computers that have been scanned during the month. You may scan them as often as you wish. For example, if you have a total of 20 servers, workstations and laptops, you will be charged for 20 devices – regardless of how many times they are scanned.

Asset Tracking
View all your hardware and software assets through your Dashboard. Print Inventory Reports, Change Reports, Software
License Reports and more. $1 per device per month.

Client-Facing Options

Client Portal
View your systems status through our dashboard. $10 per server per month.

Monthly Client Reports
With Techsense, you can be set-up with Monthly Client Reports that will capture key systems metrics. You’ll get automatic reports on your IT environment in pdf format – without having to lift a finger. $10 per server per month.

Client Daily or Weekly Reports
A daily or weekly note – showing your IT Daily Health Check results. $5 per server per month.

Others

SMS Message Option
Receive SMS Alerts if a check fails. SMS checks can be set up for any individual 24x7 or Daily Safety Check or if the entire server fails. $5 per month for any server using an SMS check + 15¢ per message.
